These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ax999 ("ax999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the ax999 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

3.1 Single Account Policy

All duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any balances or bonus winnings within those accounts will be forfeited without notice.

3.2 Account Security

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

ax999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to void any associated wagers or bonus claims, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other ax999 policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Duplicate account creation.
